Would you read a book on false Christianity?

If as a Bible scholar I wrote a book on false, unbiblical Christianity, would you read it?Would you read a book on false Christianity?
It would depend on your motives and perspective in writing such a book. Would you be defining what Christianity such be?Would you read a book on false Christianity?
If by that you mean fiction, I really loved the first Dan Brown book I read. (But I can't stand those carbon copy book authors who have to make a living and put out one just like the next. It's often disappointing to me to read the same author twice). So I didn't really enjoy the Da Vinci Code books as much as Joe Schmoe did. Remember, it's fiction. No need to take it all personally. If you, as a biblical scholar, decided to write a book based on false principles or lies, and pass it off as real, then I'd read it to see how you crafted it. That's really interesting to me. I love to study the Bible and all literature. But be careful, two thousand years from now, some poor schmuck with a shovel and brush will unearth it and add it to the holy bible. Ain't it the way it goes?
As long as these 2 conditions are met i would read it

1 - the book shoudnt appear or be too thick as in the pages

2 - there should be lots of pictures and animated characters.

If the any of the above 2 points mentioned is missing - I am sorry i would not read or even buy the book

PS - but then again dont bother to read the actual bible with facts ... lol ... why would i read the non factual one hmmmmm

If it is false then it would not be christian.

i can tell you that you would need to research it well and have your ducks in a row....

There is no way Biblical scholars will ever let another Dan Brown get under their radar.

By and large many authors come out with things like the ';Arcadian Cipher'; , the Real truth of .....'; The Templar riddle'; or '; was Jesus an astronaut'; ..

Sure they are pop culture theories but when you look at the credentials of the authors , what the great mystery is and any other things they proposes as ';Fact'; ..it is just popularist BS for people who are looking for anything but the truth%26gt;
False Christianity? It seems 'true' and 'false' Christianity is subjective - people interpret the Bible differently.

No, any book on Christianity is already false anyway.
Probably not, but then again I wouldn't sit down and have a conversation with the devil either.
I probably would if it made some sense, but the reading is not necessarily believing.

That's already been done, its called the ';Bible';
isn't that what christian authors have done.
yes
no
If you put it on-line, I'll read it.
