It doesn't look like many people know what you are talking about. Even if you click on YA India, your questions go out to everyone who reads and writes English. I am in the USA. for instance. We do not have dowry cases here because we do not have dowries any more. They had them in Europe 400 years ago. India is the largest country I can think of that has them today. Other countries may have them.
You might ask a lawyer in your country. You might post again in ';Law'; with a title ';Indian people only - why . . .?'; (Adjust the country if you are not in India, obviously.)
