RC Popes are all antichristian. With that said, what difference does it make if any RC pope is or is not the False Prophet in Rev.....

These verses were a direct prophesy of the false teachings of the catholic church.

The Holy Father, The Pope, confesses that Jesus Christ is LORD and Savior, therefore, he is not a false prophet.
There is no relevance between the Pope and that fable.
Maybe, maybe not, won't know until the time is right. I personally think he could be a moderate Muslim, since He has to appeal spiritually to world. Since much of the worlds population are Muslim, or sympathetic to them, I think it is a distinct possibility. And to those who think the pope is the end all and be all, look into the history of the papacy, not very pretty. Let's just say that pope Innocent, wasn't. And, please stop with the Matt. 16:18 passage to try to justify the papacy, do we need to explain the meaning of this verse in the Greek again?

probably not. because we haven't seen the rise of the antichrist yet, and there has yet to be one world government. a lot of things have to happen before we get there. but i do think that we are getting close.

Good question! He (like most ';Papas';) does fit as far as their Actions. Time wise he may ';Bridge'; the ';Rapture'; and then I would say chances are Very Good that he would be. An interesting side note is that the space for additional Statues of the ';Papas'; has room for only one more, the current ';Papa'; who is said to be the ';Last Papa';, but Scripture does not tell Us and we really don't need to know.
