Who wrote the book ';I Attacked a Country for False Reasons and all I Got Were Oil Royalties';?

I think it was de facto President Dick CheneyWho wrote the book ';I Attacked a Country for False Reasons and all I Got Were Oil Royalties';?
Why is it that you find nothing wrong with the fact that 3000 of our innocent citizens were attacked by terrorists? Is it ok for our citizens to die but not another countries? Have you stopped to think about 'why' the Fundamentalists came on our soil and killed our people? What are they after? What do they want? What is their game plan? You better wake up my friend and see the roses! For years the Fundamentalists have been attacking us - long before we went after them! Do you really think you can boil it down to oil? No wonder America is in trouble! You know nothing about Jihad and the enemy! God help us!Who wrote the book ';I Attacked a Country for False Reasons and all I Got Were Oil Royalties';?
